Can I use Deep Debug today?

Yes, in beta, from Beta 35. Choose Deep Debug for a hard bug: Winskel reproduces the failure, looks for the cause, repairs it and checks the original failure again. If it cannot reproduce the bug, it says so. The example on this page is recorded development evidence, not a live result for your project.

What is included in Free and Pro?

Free includes 10 Deep Debug uses per calendar month. Pro is available at US$20/month, or US$180/year (US$15/month billed annually), plus applicable tax, with unlimited Deep Debug uses, subject to provider limits. Quality automation features remain coming soon.
