## Projects

A project is a Git repository you have added to Winskel, or one you clone from GitHub. Setting up Git for a plain folder comes in the next release. Add only repositories you are authorized to change.

## Worktrees

Each run receives a separate Git worktree and branch so runs do not share one working directory. A run that resumes after a human decision returns to its existing worktree. A worktree isolates Git working state; it is not an operating system security sandbox.
