## What appears

- A question from an agent, with explicit options when it has them
- A permission request for a command or tool: Approve once, Always allow this class in this project, or Deny
- A merge conflict or review finding that needs your decision

## Answering

Read the exact request, make the decision, and let Winskel resume the same work when the provider supports it. Claude Code and Codex expose different question and permission capabilities, and Winskel reports those differences rather than hiding them.

## System errors are different

A planner, runtime, provider, or Git failure is not turned into a human decision just because work stopped. It shows as Failed, with the error and a recovery action. When work cannot start at all, open Diagnostics.
