> Start with an outcome that can be checked, not a list of agents to operate.

## Write the outcome

Name the result, the important constraints, and what success looks like. You do not need to choose a model or plan the steps. With no other instruction, Autopilot applies and Winskel makes the orchestration decisions itself.

```
Add organization invitations with owner and admin roles.
Keep existing personal accounts working.
Add tests for invite expiry and role checks.
```

## If you care which model does it

Add a line such as "Use Opus 5.5" or "Use Codex for the tests". Winskel uses what you named and stops instead of substituting if it cannot run it. See [choosing models](https://www.winskel.com/docs/choosing-models).

## Watch the work

- Most objectives run on one strong model; Winskel plans connected steps when the work warrants it or you ask
- Only models your accounts can run are used
- Work runs in isolated worktrees
- Needs You appears when a decision, permission, or required detail is missing
- Review shows the changes and observed checks, and Approve records that you accept the result
